About the Author
Mike Buckle remembers the 1957/58 season but was too young to enjoy the experience first-hand. It was 1998 before he first saw Hearts win a major trophy. He has made up for this by becoming an avid collector of Hearts memorabilia and has developed a detailed knowledge of the history of the club in its golden age.

What a Book! Brilliant presentation and illustration depicting the exploits of Hearts Brilliant team of the late 50's. Conn, Bauld, Wardhaugh et al. Gave as a gift to Dad but will be getting another copy to ensure it takes pride of place on the bookshelf. Great way to show off what Hearts are really about. Great fitba' fantastic pride in playing for the jesrsey and a tribute to the many wonderful characters who donned the maroon jersey during this era. An absolute must for every true Jambo....Some Hibees should also take note!
