This product is great overall. First use out of packaging is fine, but I did have a problem reusing it, until I read the other review on this page. In my opinion, the easiest way to reuse this product is to boil some water, and put it in a pan still boiling. It takes only a few minutes for all the crystals to dissolve, MUCH easier than boiling with a cup of water. Heat generation is adequate. Again, a very good product and serves its purpose well.

I have recently bought this product.it does a fantastic job! it really is worth the money which is really cheap.well,it could be worth a little bit more though,as it does such an amazing job!!!
I also want to say that to reuse it,you have to put it in a saucepan of boiling water.which is not very quick.so I tried popping it into the kettle and it worked perfectly.and like some other hand warmers they don't dry very quickly but these dry in less than 2 minutes!!!

Save your money and dont buy this..Firstly the instructions were misleading stating cover in boiling water for 10 minutes appox, , this did not disolve the crystals enough.
When i researched this i found out that infact you have to boil it for at least 10 minutes!!! Not just drop in boiling water. This worked fine for a few times but after the 3rd use of boiling a hole appeared and rendered it useless........expensiive product for 3 uses!,! Very disappointed.

It works vey well for my winter cold hands, which are no longer as dry as sand paper due to good moisturising and the wamh lent by my heart shaped warmers
