I will admit that I am a student and therefore not entirely the assumed audience for these cards. However they are v easy to follow and all the reciepes i have tried were fab. The cards are v handy and able to withstand being covered in food, including soup which would defeat most cookery books. Even though I'm a student, I know that a child would be able to complete these recipes as they are very much in the same simple way as Usborne's my first cookery book which I was given when very young and which still refered to once a week at least.

Excellent buy, The recipes were easy to make as at the back of the cards are step by step instructions on how to prepare the food not just in writing but pictures as well which helps a lot, so you can compare your dish at the end or at least know what you should be aiming to look for.

There are also substitutes for food you might not necessarily want in your dish, the only negative is there were too many salad dishes and not enough main courses which is why it has not been awarded 5 stars, but as there are only 30, there were deserts as well.

Easy to wipe down after using it whilst cooking, the dishes can be used for adults as well as children. Easy to prepare and not too long to cook once you know what you are doing Dishes range from soups to curries to roasting to baking and mixing as well as all different types of side dish salads.
Many of the recipes I did not even know about and now cook them quite often.

Very tasty and you don't need that many ingredients. I can't praise the cookery cards enough. Don't get me wrong, it's not for everyone as there is only a selection of dishes but worth having in your kitchen.
