As a single person who is always looking for something different to try at home, I found this book to be just the kind of book to not only keep handy but share with others as well. And I have been doing just that. The book is coming from an honest place from the author, and you can tell the care she has put into the recipes she has selected to share. Simple to follow and generally quick to prepare, this book makes it easy to cook something tasty after a busy day. Not just for singletons, you can also use these recipes for yourself when the kids are out or the hubby works late. I really enjoy the variety of ingredients used, as well as the different cuisines the recipes have been developed from. There is something delicious for everyONE in this helpful little book!
