After reading an awful lot of recent research and postulation on the web regarding the importance of having sufficient levels of vitamin D, I decided, being largely an indoors type, to give these a go...
I have been taking them regularly for 18 months - one gel per day - and at this moment in time, can honestly say that I have never felt better in myself in all my 57 years on this planet. Is it down to the vitamin D increase? I don't know but apart from losing a little weight recently, it is the only dietary change I have made in the last two years.
One thing I did notice is that it doesn't make a vast change immediately and you do need to take them after a meal as they cannot be absorbed without some fat in your system. Apart from that it's easy. No after taste, easy to swallow and a good price.
