It does what it says on the package and am feeling its benefits on my bones especially aids the stiffness which us synonymous with MS. Would recommend from rooftops but pharmaceuticals, GPs, Physios and MS Nurses of the medical regime would not be happy.

I was recommended to try Vitain D3 as we do not receive sufficient sunshine this far north and I could not shake off a cold and other ailments. I was recommended to take 5,000 IU during the winter months. I have been taking for a few weeks now. All the health/well being people I know are taking.
Took slightly longer to arrive than anticipated, however we were in the grips of particulaly bad weather. Would use again.
