`This book is not a dieting book, in the sense of a weight-loss manual, but hopefully an inspiration to become more aware, and hence take more control of what you eat, both inside and outside the home.
It all comes down to balance.......'

Each recipe has the title at the top or bottom of the page, opening relevant text, number of servings, preparation and cooking times, freezing note, plus calories per serving, along with a clearly numbered method.
Some recipes are further enhanced by tips and variations.
