Have heard Dr Marilyn Glenville speak in person and was very impressed with her. I wanted to get some guidence on eating through the menopause and beyond and looked at this book in a shop, so I knew what I was buying. Having decided it was a good option (as I already have many cook books) I decided to purchase it, and am very glad I did. Already a fan of healthy eating, I have found yet more delicious and not too complicated recipies. They can be used and enjoyed by all the family...easily! I haven't really done the book justic as yet, as only purchased it recently, but looking forward to doing so. I'll have to buy some different flour types, but it will be good to try new things and flavours. Most of the recipies are gluten free, but not all. I love the use of certains spices in savoury dishes which actally work so well. Linseed oil is used quite a bit and I've had to shop around to find it...which I have. It can be expensive, and I found one shop charged quite a bit extra for it than another? Live and learn! Not in the supermarkets, unless you're lucky. More specialist stuff, so you'll be shoping in your local health food shop, not a bad thing. It's a good price on Amazon and I would recommend it to anyone. I made the basil pesto and am now addicted. It's a delight to read, make and taste this wonderful combination of foods. I certainly feel allot better for it. Enjoy!
