I bought this book as a sufferer whose symptoms were becoming worse. I found it very good as it identifies the different types of IBS rather than generalising them. It then gives information and advice for each type and how to ease the symptoms. The recipes are easy to follow and, unlike some books, are not over complicated. They are also very tasty for all the family, not just the sufferer! After following the dietary tips and using some of the recipes I have found that my symptoms have eased and I do not need as much medication as previously. I am looking forward to trying more recipes. Well worth the money.
