I already had a copy of this book . . .i lent it to another and that was the last I saw if it! So another purchased. This is a book that gives you all round advice about what to eat for particular reasons. Improve Digestive system, kidney problem, energy food etc. It has some simple recipes that you can have at home or pack for work. For me, it came in handy to give me ides of what to eat. It does not leave out foods .... The aim, to develope a focus on my health rather than any kind of diet. Good luck.
