I have been bodybuilding / powerlifting for over 13 years and am always looking for an edge on my training be it to improve my fitness, power or even my diet. I have read so many positive reviews about African mango (with out being able to find a shred of scientific theory to back it up though!) that I though I'd give it a go. My diet is extremely strict and stable so I thought I would be the ideal canadate to see if these would really work.....well I'm sorry to report they don't do a thing from what I can tell if they have worked for someone in the past that it was a complete fluke or that person is lying these are nothing but a placebo. I have tried many supplements over the years and the only ones that I have found to work are the ones that have tons of scientific thoery/fact openly available on the net or in book form (protien, creatine etc)....which there is non for African mango, so if your serious about loseing weight then save your money do not purchase this product, eat less traing harder or start exercising for thought of you that are not.
