Hubby suffers from dry skin as a reslt of being a frequent flyer. He has tried unctions, lotions and potions and they do help but the problem seems to be more internal with some skin dehydration. We tried water, but thought to try this on the reccomendation of a friend, an internal moisturiser if you like.
And after a week we saw benefits.
And after a month, his dry skin all but vanished.
The tablets are rather large, and are filled with a liquid, so are not suitable for taking on board a plane, in case the powers-that-be decide they are not indeed vitamins but exploding capsules. Quite how they expect him to use it as an explosive is beyond me, but trust me, don't take them on a plane.
DO take them as daily as you can, and you will notice the benefits. That little capsule of oil really does seem to help, and if you look up the various benefits of vitamin e then you will see a whole host of differences and assistance this little pack of vitamins can be.
A word to the wise -they are rather large tablets, even hubby's eyes widened when he saw them, and he did wonder HOW to use them (I shall leave that one to your imagination....) as they did look a bit large to swallow. But he managed in the end. They cannot be broken or crumbled, so if you do not like physically large tablets then these are NOT for you.
Otherwise, highly reccomended!
