Health Psychology by Jane Ogden is a well structured, clear and concise book which covers everything you need to know about the field. The colourful yet practical layout makes it appealing and enjoyable to read. As well as providing a broad source of knowledge it also doubles up as a great revision aid with essay style/discussion questions at the end of each chapter top choice for any student studying the topic!

Clearly written. Topics refer you to related chapters, so if revising a particular topic you can easily find related info and studies to demonstrate breadth of knowledge. Up to date research included. Very helpful as an undergrad. Gave a great overview of health psychology in general with references for additional reading. I'd definitely recommend!
