This book has everything you need as a health fitness instructor in one source. I haven't found any other book with such in-depth and precise content in this field. A must for budding and present-day fitness instructors alike as well as anyone who has an interest in the field.

5.0 out of 5 stars Using such a comprehensive book, 14 Jan 2011
Bought as a present for my fitness-instructor-to-be son, this book was ideal to flick the dust off distant memories of my training college days as a p.e. student whilst at the same time understanding the more up-to-date phrases he uses. this book analyses both medical and physiological attitudes to physical well-being as well as touching on the psychological outcomes. I'd thoroughly recommend this book to those wishing to work on their own as well as the fitness of others. Fred Ovey
