I have other Helen McGuinness DVD's i.e Aromatherapy, Reflexology, which are very informative, but I would advise not to touch this DVD as it is expensive for the very basic information given. In my opinion it would have only been worth almost £20.00 if the information on Hot Stone Therapy I & II had been combined. Also, Helen McGuinness DVD's in general seem to be of a vey poor quality as I have had to send two back because they freeze up for no reason, even the Aromatherapy disc I have still does it from time to time.

I was really looking forward to watching this DVD given Helens other DVD's have been so useful. However I felt that this was very uninformative. If you have done any stone massage courses, you will find very little new information here. The techniques were very basic, overall I felt that in order to really find any new information I was probably going to have to purchase all three DVD's which was going to be expensive. Sorry not impressed.
