This book helps you to look at patterns and issues passed down through your family and using the techniques and suggestions detailed in the book to work towards resolving the negative influences of these. David Furlong has been involved in helping people in this area for many years and has shared his vast knowledge in the book.

If your family has problems, or you have problems with your family and you don't want to go to counselling, or spend wads of money seeing a therapist, think about getting this book and doing-it-yourself.
David gives you plenty of tips and suggestions on how to heal your past, knowing of course, that the solution lies with your faith in the process.
He tells you how to break free of family issues from previous generations, it's sensitively written and has useful exercises to break free.
It's pointless reading this unless you are spiritually minded, but if you are you will find a way to release yourself from the burden of poisonous or negative family karma.

I found this book amazing, as it offers a solution to stopping harmful and long-standing life patterns in their tracks! It is most revealing, and answers questions as to how and why we often behave in ways which can surprise us, and why some people are as they are in our families. It offers exercises, meditations and solutions to all these things. It also offers info on past lives. Practical and easy to read.
