Ted Andrews has written one of the best books on metaphysical healing available today. Metaphysical healing aims at getting at the root cause of illness, and I cannot find a book that explains it better than this one does. The author delves into the theory of metaphysical healing and then shows how it is done. He discusses color therapy, chi circulation of the microcosm orbit to maintain good health, sound therapy and other healing modalities. He also shows how to make a pendelum to serve as a diagnostic tool in contacting the universal mind. The book is comprehensive and very well written. I recommend it highly.

I have studied for many years and am a healer (chakra/psychic/Reiki/stones/crystals), and psychic reader. This book is full of descriptions, tables of therapies, and excercises with complete instructions. Great for anyone interested in making life better - for yourself or others. Matter of Fact style does not try to convince anyone of the truth, it simply explain various ways to tap into personal power and healing powers. Not simply for the beginner either. GREAT reference book. Covers a very wide area of techniques.

The healer's manual is packed full of useful easy to follow diagram's, tables and general information. From using Ted Andrews other books I have found him to be a reliable researcher of many juicy topics.
The book has enough about colour, energy bodies, chakas, sound, oils/ scents, crystals, herbs, elixirs and meridians to give you what you want to get started. It is displayed in a way that has assisted us in our teaching of the above topics.
I recommend this to students how want a reference book that will last them right through their training and into their practice.
