The product description doesn't specifically say that it works with the HTC Dream AKA T-Mobile G1, but it works like a charm.

This is a great little product, if you have standard headphones, as I do with my HTC phone you will find them next to hopeless, so with this little dimond you can use any head phones you like.

This adaptor is exactly what I had been looking for to use my sennheiser headphones with my HTC TyTn phone and Pda instead of those insecure ear buds that HTC supply.
