I'm still a skiing novice but last year I noted the big increase in ski-ers of all levels wearing helmets and when you think about it, it makes good sense. I wear a crash-helmet on my motorbike of course and also my cycle, so this isnt a big leap. Still because I dont ski so often I wanted a good value helmet and this one fits the bill. Its well designed, has an easy release fastener and inserts to keep the ears warm (which still allow you to hear impending accidents!). And i dont think i look too much of a dork wearing it......really.

This helmet is light, well-made and comfortable with its soft lining, ear covers and chinstrap. It's also easy to adjust and fasten the chinstrap. The XL helmet is meant to fit head size from 59.0 to 60.5. My head size is 59.5 and the fit is nice and snug. I wouldn't want the helmet any smaller, even taking into account that the detachable liner will probably squash down a bit.

The Best of the best. Head is no.1 in the world. Light, soft, shiny, perfect fit. The best ski helmet which I have ever use. 5of 5.
