Firstly i'd like to say I bought these through Amazon from Ampcity. Good seller, they are genuine and arrived on the expected date (over the Christmas period too when delivery is obviously difficult to predict).

The headphones themselves are brilliant, I've used quite a few headphones before; Klipsch, Sennheiser, Zagg, Monster, and none compare to these. The clarity and sound quality is unbelievable.

I found these headphones after days of scrolling through forums trying to find some good headphones that wouldn't mean I had to sell a kidney to afford them. These came out on top in many polls and rightly so, I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for Good affordable headphones.

If you've only ever used free bundled headphones before you will be amazed by the difference with these, treble and bass and sounds you didn't even know were part of your favourite songs suddenly appear.

I purchased these as they seemed to be good value for money, there's a limit to what I'm prepared to pay to listen to music and some of the pricier headphones are way beyond that, so these impressed me a lot.

Very good at blocking out sound, don't quick block out all the noise on the London Underground but certainly enough that you can listed to music of films with no issue.

Would just be 1 star, but gets an extra one for agreed sound quality as per all reviews out there...

Otherwise life expectancy is about 6 months - 1 year. 2nd replacement pair, and: same problem..one side fails. In my case, not due to poor cabling, bust worse (cables can be replaced), driver failure...at least I assume as much after opening the case and seeing all wiring intact

It seems these are no longer available, but I would be wary of buying any other model of Head-Direct earbuds

I purchased these headphones 11 months ago and they failed to live upto my hopes. I didn't notice any discernible difference in sound quality between them and my previous Sennheiser headphones which were half the price of these RE0.
They do the job in terms of fairly mid-range headphones, but as for 'unbelievable sound quality' that just wasn't noticeable which was disappointing.
The worst point is durability; the wiring on the left headphone has now broken; given it's not even been a year and they've only been in my sitting in my bag when at worl this really isn't good enough for £65+ headphones.
The ear pieces are in enough sizes to be able to find one that fits, although the ear piece shown in the picture here (the double dome ones) left me thoroughly confused as to how anyone could use something of that size!

All you need to know about these in-ears is the following:

The soundquality is top-notch regarding the mids and highs. Performing far better than many in the same price category.
I came from a pair of Klipsch Image S4 and while I found the newly found clarity a welcome change, the RE0's were kind of lacking in bass. They sound VERY analytical and lack warmth. Also: while these do fit nicely they aren't nearly as comfortable as the Klipsch Image S4 I owned prior to these.

If you have a music player with a decent equalizer you can try to "fix" the bass a bit to your liking. While certainly not being the most expensive in-ears, I do suggest you give these a listen BEFORE buying them or you'll might find yourself being put off by the "overly analytic" sound of these babies.

For good balanced sound quality they are fantastic. A bit light on bass, but that beautiful clear treble more than makes up for it. However, one big problem......longevity. My first pair broke after 9 months and were replaced. The second pair lasted about 14 months and broke. So on balance I would not buy another pair.

I bought these headphones only a year ago, really took care of them like all my stuff (especially when I pay that much for such thing ,they cost more than my MP3 player!)and barely used them! They look like new but one of the headphones is already malfunctioning, I can only ear music on one side now... such a shame, after no more than 50 hours of use I can throw them away, they have never been pulled off my ear or anything! I wish it was built stronger because the sound is great, isolation, comfort and bundle as well, but it's useless if it breaks so easily! And only one year guarantee :-(

The headphones themselves are amazing, like a lot of people mine packed in after about 3 months which wouldn't be a problem if I'd been able to get a replacement. I've had a lot of earphones around this price that tend to break at some point in the first year and have always been replaced. However, after numerous attempts to contact Ampcity were ignored I had to go through Amazon who thankfully gave me a refund.

I really miss the headphones and I cant find any that even come close to the sound quality for the price, if only they weren't sold by Ampcity.
