Food has always played a key role to Malaysian-born Billy as well as in his home country where it's not uncommon to greet each other by asking, 'Have you eaten yet?' instead of 'how are you?'. When Billy migrated to Australia in 1996 he also took his inquisitive palate to a whole new culinary world. That's when he started cooking not just cuisines from his home soil but also started experimenting with the new flavours of his adopted homeland and the world. The juxtaposition of two different cultures has allowed Billy to submerge himself in an endless combination of Eastern and Western cuisines. About the Author

Billy is author of top food blog, A Table For Two (www.atablefortwo.com.au). It features some of the best eats from Sydney, Australia and around the world, complemented by his luscious food photography. His passion for cooking led him to Australia's most popular cooking show, Masterchef 2011 where he made the top 10. Since leaving the competition, Billy is busy building a recipe library, while his online fan base continues to grow.

Buy it, buy it, buy it! You won't regret it. I love the fact that Billy plays around with the traditional food and infuses different ingredients and creates something very new and exciting. Only the brave should try the Vegemite Cheesecake - and I am definitely going to try it!!! Beautiful book, beautiful layout, amazing pictures and awesome design work!!!! Love it!
