This is an excellent game with a couple of drawbacks. The game itself is very good, teaching mouse movement, shape matching, simple counting, etc. - my 2 year-old grandson is already beginning to understand how a mouse works because he wants to see Thomas in action, but the delays between scenes can get a bit frustrating. The software disables the mouse and keyboard when they are not required, and although this is a good feature for young kids, it causes major problems. I have the game installed on a machine towards the lower end of its system requirements, which may be the cause of the problems. The game works fine when running for the first time after installing, but comes up with a "file not found" error when trying to start again - made doubly irritating as the mouse and keyboard are disabled at that point, so the only way out is to push the reset button and re-install the game, whereupon it works perfectly (once only). Apart from that problem, highly recommended. The other items are good quality, and the package is fairly good value.
