My 5 yr old daughter is obsessed with dogs--to the extent that she pretends to be one at least once a day. Since we cannot have a real dog (allergies), Cookie seemed an ideal Christmas present. She absolutely loves it. For the first week it went everywhere with her. She has now settled into a slightly less intense, but still loving, relationship with Cookie and I am very happy with my purchase (thr price being considerably less than elsewhere has something to do with this as well...)

Bought this for Christmas 2011, as the main present. Was pleased I bought it from Toys R Us for £38 with free delivery, as other shops it was £75! Then obv after Christmas they were all around £35. Asda was the cheapest I think at £28 so you can see the mark up!
It is a nice big toy, presented in nice attractive box with a bone, some versions have a bowl & coat too. This dog barks, whines, wags its tail, moves its head, and my daughter was very pleased with it. I would never pay over £38 for it though, and she has not turned the button on to make it to do its tricks for months, it tends to sit on her pillow on the bed , occassionally it comes downstairs but she doesn't really play with it. i think she just likes to say she has a cookie the dog!
