Product Description

Play four great card games that'll get your creative juices flowing! First, can you find a picture of something beginning with the letter "A"? Point out that Apple before the other players spot it! In the second game, race to get rid of your cards by finding "mission" pics. Third, test your matching skills and pick out pairs before your peers do! And finally, get creative and combine cards to complete missions. All four ways provide PICTUREKA fun in a play-anywhere card game!

Have pictureka board game which is very popular in our house, so decided to get the card game as more portable for taking on holiday easily fits into kids hand luggage and is enjoyed by all the family. All ages enjoy playing, in fact my sons Gran is addicted and loves playing it, probably more so than anyone else in family. Great game, good price.

My kids are six and five years old and we used to play the Pictureka Card Game in the US, where we lived until this summer. Back in Germany, the kids missed the game so I decided to order it for them. You cannot get it in Germany so I tried amazon.co.uk.
Great card game with funny pictures and many things to learn!

Bought this for a long car journey - and it is really enjoyed by my five year old (we haven't tried the board version). We play a version of the game where we can discard one of our cards if it matches the mission statement card (eg things with wings, something stinky, a kitchen thing, something noisy, a horn, a toe, a beardy or stubbly thing) and we also play a "twenty questions" guessing game about what's on the cards (this is actually pretty impossible but she seems to like it!).

We both like the pictures so neither of us is bored. Have also tried (not in the car) the matching game which is like "pairs" but you aren't matching the same picture, instead you are trying to find two cards that match a single mission (ie that features things with wings, something stinky, etc. etc.) Makes a good change for me.

Because these are complex pictures, they encourage lots of talking, thinking and new ideas - she's really a tiny bit too young for the games (she's just starting to read) but I think that's why she likes them so much. Very engaged, and concentrates on them for ages.
