As a loyal fan, I bought Revelation's 3 previous releases of the classic Thirty Minutes' Worth as they were released. I was delighted. I was looking forward to buying the final series, My Name Is Harry Worth, which was also meant to be released as a single DVD, but Revelation decided, late in the day, to cancel that release and instead make the fourth disc only available as part of this box set.
I emailed Revelation about their approach, but they were dismissive:
"I understand your frustration and I have passed your concern on to my marketing manager. He has informed me that we may well look to release My Name Is Harry Worth as a single in the future, but at this time, I have no idea when this might be. Sorry about that."
My further email received no response.
This is not the first time that Revelation has expected me to purchase the bulk of a set twice (it happened previously with Terrahawks). I think this is grossly unfair on their keenest customers. Please, Revelation, either announce the box-set at the start, or issue all instalments separately.
However, if you've had the patience to wait for this release, don't hesitate to buy it!
