I love this book about sneaky little Harry, who adeptly avoids having his dreaded bath. Harry goes off on an adventure and gets dirtier and dirtier until he is unrecognizable to his owners. My 4 year old really enjoys this book.
The only thing to be aware of in purchasing this particular item is that the book itself is a tiny edition. I realized this when I opened my package from Amazon. It's perfect for travelling or carrying in your purse, but if you are thinking of giving it as a gift you will seem like a cheapskate.

This is a book I had as a child - and 30 years on it now fascinates my own child! I was thrilled to find it still in print.

What can I add to the fact that this book is an all-time classic? Fabulous illustrations by Margaret Bloy Graham. You should seek out 'Harry and the Lady Next Door', which wasn't printed for the UK market.

Harry is a naughty, but cheeky dog.
