I bought two of these time turners for my children last year for Christmas and two minutes out of the box, it had fallen apart. For the money the time turners need to be made more durable. We had to send them back. Even the replacements they sent were cheap. Do we have to spend $149 for a sterling silver reproduction? I would love to know how the ss ones would hold up.

Please don't buy this as a toy, you can display it or wear it as jewellery, but Amazon should never have put it in the toy category. As a collectable or jewellery, it's very nice.

The necklace itself seems to be well made and looks very nice. The case is a little smaller than I was expecting and is made of plastic rather than wood. Certainly more of a collectable than a toy. Over all? Not bad.
