Product Description

Amazon.co.uk Review

Harry Hill is a highly original performer whose unique brand of entertainment is rather difficult to categorise. His TV show is a postmodern hotchpotch of stand-up, sketches and song which include meandering anecdotes and a non-stop repartee of catch phrases. It is fitting, then, that the book which accompanies the TV series is a lucky bag of trivia featuring some genuinely amusing items alongside all manner of absurdities--why not play "Cavy On The Go", the board game for Cavy fanciers. The Fun Book also contains all our favourite characters from the TV show: Bert Kwouk (formerly of Tenko) explains how to expertly catch a chicken, whilst Stouffer the cat reveals how he copes with his celebrity lifestyle and the Badgers share with us their favourite after dinner jokes. This light-hearted book offers an entertaining--if very silly--read. It is presented in the style of a colourful scrapbook, cram-packed with pictures, jokes and various features which are simply too odd to categorise--an oddness that will need no explaining to the many fans of Harry's inimitable humour. --Nicola Hollins

Product Description

The bald-headed comic, Harry Hill, creates his own characters, such as Finsbury Park the mad scientist. This work contains cut-outs, scrapbook pages and entries from some of Harry's best friends, infused throughout with Harry's mad-cap sense of humour.

I have just ordered this book after it was my birthday and seeing it rated well by "Adam and Joe" on the big breakfast, i love harry hill's comedy style and I'm sure that anyone who saw his 2nd series will agree with me (did anyone see the scetch when harry went to heaven and St Peter offered him ferrero rochers and bike horns that played the dallas theme tune), so i can't wait till the book drops through my letter box.
