It has been over two weeks now that I have been using this CD before going to sleep each night, and I can honestly say it is a complete success for me. I no longer think of food all the time and find it easy to stick to a good eating plan.

I have several of Glenn Harrold's hypnosis cds and have found them all to be very good. This one is no exception. If you're looking for something to help with motivation and keeping on track to help you lose weight then I think that you'll find this to be an invaluable tool.

my brother who ask me if i needed any from amazon i was spoilt for choice,but i was always on the look for hpno cd,s so this was my chance to help my self in finally losing weight through mind control cd,s but some thing caught my eye the name of glenn harrold .I saw many review,s of his many differant topic,s this title looked very intresting so i asked my brother to order it ,any regret,s yeah i wish i had know of this many year,s earlier.since using this cd every day i have become more relaxed i do not think about food all the time before this cd i was thinking about food ,eating at every moment now it,s like i don,t think about food which is great and i,ve lost 1kg with out realy trying. I feel hungry, but now my mind and way of thinking is changed [for the better]it,s like i,m not going to die of hunger i just let the feeling pass and i also see that i dont eat so much which is great ,i will use this cd every day like i have to with medicine the only side affect,s is losing weight and feeling relaxed and energized in the placed of jumpy,nervous and hungry it,s working for me i,m at 270 lbs any finally on the road to getting healthy so for me who tried every thing it,s the thumb,s up and thank you amazon for putting this collection on you site many thank,s keep up the good work
