I'd probably be disappointed with this book if I didn't like the movie so much. It's pretty much stills from the film with very short (think 1 - 2 sentences) text. There's also some scribble drawings/paintings included. I'm not sure how much they really add to the book. To me one of the most interesting things about the book was the paper it was printed on. Some pages were a high gloss photo paper, another page was sticker paper. God knows why. Maybe he was trying to keep the whole "found object" aesthetic going with the book? But the sheets were just so clean it didn't quite work for me as it did on the soundtrack CD & 45. It would have been nice to include some of the work featured in the Rita Ackerman / Harmony Korine joint show, since that used a lot of the work from TH. (google it theres a video somewhere.)
