Book Description

22 Feb 2007 Animal Neighbours
This lovely new title follows the life cycle of a hare, from a leveret's first steps out of its form to finding a mate. You can also find out about some of the different habitats that are the hare's home, the threats facing hares today and why some people see them as pests. You can also be an 'animal detective' and find out how you can tell if a hare has been in your neighbourhood, and how to tell the difference between a hare and rabbit.

Includes an animal map, locator map, life cycle summary and 'unusual fact' boxes.
