Having been introduced to Pixie Pirelli in Kate Thompson's, Sex Lies and Fairy Tales I knew I'd enjoy the book but didn't expect to be nearly ejected from a public beach in Spain due to my maybe-a-bit-loud laughter. The lead character 'Charlotte' is likable from the start and as you read you get an air of 'Bridget Jones' she does things that we've all done and hate to admit. I loved the friendships of the characters, the bond and trust they have is real 'Friends' style, you feel like you're with them having the laugh when you're reading about them. There is a line at the end of the book which I can't say because it will give too much away but just prior to reading it you find yourself laughing out loud and then the tearjerker moment of happiness when you read this most romantic line that I believe any female of any age would love to hear, I don't need to tell you what it is, you'll know it as soon as you read it, it is the most romantic line I have ever read. Yeah, it's definately a real feel good book.

Like many others, I read Hard to Choos after finishing Sex, Lies and Fairytales by Kate Thompson. And I am so glad I did!
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It's a lighthearted, comical, romantic chick-lit. The characters were interesting and believable and I'm sure I'm not alone in hoping to meet an 'Alex' for myself one day!
All in all, I highly recommend this book and am just looking forward to many more novels by Pixie Pirelli.

If you are a fan of chick lit then you should definately read this!!
It is a wonderful mix of "Friends" meets "Bridget Jones" and it is put together with some of the best, easy to love characters you will find.
Everyone should have friends like leading lady 'Charlotte' and she certainly makes you want to live in her world.
Would love to see this on the screen - it would be a smash hit rom com!
