I have has similar hooks to these on my buggy before and they were very useful but after losing one and giving the other away I chose these as a value replacement. unfortunately after only a few weeks (and only using it a few times in that time too) the velcro ripped off one and the other broke a month later - the plastic snapping clear off and dropping my shopping on the floor. Im going to get the metal kind now instead, hopefully theyll last longer!
These hooks are excellent, they stay put on my pram and do not come off when collapsing the frame. The velcro has a very good grip which is undone easily to reposition the hook if needed. The large hooks that swivle mean that they accomadate different types of bags making shopping easy. The only draw back is that they are a little pricey, however, will definitely recommend these to friends.
