3 year old recipient loves bouncing on the bull. unfortunately it loses air rather quickly which means that the legs collapse and the child falls off and hurts itself.

Toy supplied without pump. Had to buy one elsewhere. Slowly deflated even before use. When fully inflated, child aged 3 could not get the hang of how to bounce. As it quickly got saggy and he had to wait while it was reflated, he would not persevere and lost interest. By checking under water I identified a small hole in side of toy. Phoned supplier who said they had had several similar complaints, and how I could claim a replacement or refund. I was very disappointed as it looked such fun on U-Tube and I was expecting my grandson to be delighted.
