Would I purchase this book? Absolutely! Having worked with Karen on many occasions and knowing her expertise and breadth of knowledge this book will be invaluable. I am just surprised that she is giving away her trade secrets. I couldn't think of anything better than having a one stop guide to events from someone with a wealth of experience like Karen Lindsey. Arranging events can be a very difficult task and being able to find hints and advice from a professional would be invaluable.

I bought this book as a response to a seminar Karen gave at my university a few months ago. I was impressed by her real life experience, as she told us her story of how she worked her way to the top by being both proficient and creative. I liked this approach as she made it seem possible that we could do just as she did. The book tells the same story through practical and informative steps. Essential reading for any wannabe event manager.

i bought this book for my daughter,who actually met the author at her university while organising a conference for part of her studies.The book is excellent for bring organisation to your business events.She even offered my daughter a job within her company aswell !!! Gives an excellent insight to arranging events.Direct and to the point. Would recommend this book
