This book has a lot of great tips and suggestions for someone who is dealing with depression. It tells you the benefits each suggestion will bring you and how it will help you get out of the pit of depression. This is a great book on how to achieve happiness. The author walks you through it. The first step of course is to identify what depression is and the signs of it. Once you do that you can move on to the other chapters of the book. Other chapters talk about self-love and things you can do for yourself. I've read other books on depression and most don't cover this. I was happy to see that Jay covered this in his book.

The other chapters include things such as walking away from bad things in your life and how you can identify them. Also it talks about the positive, healthy things you can do for yourself.

I found this to be a great book with a great approach towards the subject!

This is a really good book and well written. I will use me for an example. I identified that the death of my brother was the root to my depression (which it would be for a lot of people.) I started walking (healthy habit that made me happy) to keep my mind off of things. When I needed someone, I have a few people in a support system when I have my bad days missing my brother. My happiness is that he no longer has to suffer. That's how I deal. And this book goes through all the steps and can help you become happy and overcome depression. I really liked this book.
