In 'The Little Mermaid' young mermaid Princess Miranda lives beneath the sea with her father the king, but is curious about the human world above. On her fifteenth birthday, Miranda is permitted to journey into the human realm. After saving the life of a handsome prince, Miranda decides that she wants to become human but has to strike a deal with the evil Sea Witch. Finally, in 'The Emperor's New Clothes' the Emperor is determined that he should look elegant and dapper for his annual state procession and happily listens to his bungling tailors when they assure him their special birthday suit will be the best outfit of all.
