The HL monitor combines the energy efficiency and design advantages of LED technology with HannsG's own proprietary display technologies. The HL231DPB has a 23 inch anti-glare display, accommodating a full HD friendly 1920 x 1080 native resolution (with 16:9 ratio), easily satisfying everyday computing tasks and enhancing the multimedia experience. This makes it an ideal home or office solution. The HL231DPB has a simple, yet elegant design which is accentuated by it's ultra slim form made possible by the advantages of LED backlighting. LED technology also increases the HL231DPB's green credentials, not only is this monitor around 20 % more energy efficient than its LCD counterparts, it is also much more recycling friendly, as it doesn't contain hazardous materials such as Mercury, which can be extremely poisonous in even small doses. LED technology also allows for a longer life span improving overall reliability and affirming value for money. The HL231DPB includes DVI-D with HDCP support, a 170 º viewing angle and a dynamic X-Contrast ratio of 8000000:1.
