5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant - a real masterpiece., 19 Jul 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Hannah's Gift (Paperback)
Being somewhat cynical when it comes to 'far-fetched'stories, I was surprised to find myself totally absorbed in this one! Enter the book with an open mind, and the tale works brilliantly, enter cynical, and it still works. Part of the appeal is that throughout the whole story, Tucker, the main character, is constantly saying to himself how ridiculous his situation is. He himself doesn't beleive in what is happening, which makes it easier to get into and read without needing to worry about it being unrealistic. The story is well written, simple and effective. The characters are likeable, if somewhat strange, and they interconnect to bring about a great combination of normality mixed with the absurd and bizarre. Eidson's best work yet - Read It!

5.0 out of 5 stars Definately one to read. , 2 Jun 2008

This story focuses on many different emotions and draws the reader into the plot. Once I started reading I couldn't put it down, who is this woman, what does she want and how can she do all this, surely there is no such things as miracles, were all the thoughts running through my mind. If you want a story to be able to reflect upon, somthing to help you grow as a human or maybe you are looking to be inspired this is definately a book for you.
