    I bought this as a Xmas present for my daughter - who was thrilled when she opened it; she had seen the commercials and had wanted it for a while. Well, the instructions are useless, it is incredibly fiddly and we never even got the chance to do it right (if you actually can!) as the pull cord broke almost right away. I'm not the only one who thinks like this, I had two of my other Mom friends over and they couldn't get the hang of it either - tears as my daughters' (then we switched to trying it on the adults!) hair was pulled and knotted into little useless clumps.
    Maybe it was just us, but this toy was a real let down, and I certainly wouldn't recommend it.

    Dont buy this product, it is fiddly, doesn't work well, will drive you and your child mad trying to untangle their hair. Even after several hours of practise it doesnt work so don't waste xmas day trying to use the stupid product. Waste of money and time.

    The product is a complete waste of time - it does not braid - it just twists strands of hair - the hair gets stuck and the motor is not strong enough. Avoid.
