Very disappointed with this book. It is really just a collection of short stories which could presumably be obtained simply by reading through old newspaper articles.
My main grievance was the lack of finer detail including the executioner(s) and the length of drop. I found it to be boring after reading the first 10 or so stories.
I had originally intended to purchase all the "Hanged at....." series, but will not do so now. Compared to books such as "Executioner Pierrepoint" this is the chalk.
