I opened one of them and tried a little bit on the back of my hand but couldn't stand the smell, it has citronellol as one of the ingredients which I thought was used to keep insects away, in which case this would be usefulto use in the summer months or abroad as any insect would keep away! The fact that I had three pots of the stuff - what a waste of money!
