4.0 out of 5 stars review 19 Aug 2008
Format:Paperback
On re-reading this book (after initially using it as an undergraduate on clinic) i felt the following were apparent, Good content and use of colour clinical photos with a nice layout and formatting of text, good use of diagrams and colour to highlight the text, a comprehensive section on eruption dates etc v useful and although not exhaustive the Ortho chapters also useful for quick reference

When pitted against its rivals, it is easily more aesthetic compared to Welburys paeds book however i did dislike size of book, prefer a4 size, or a true handbook should be smaller still like the Churchill pocketbook, and for those sitting exams it would definitely benefit from sample exam questions or essay plans to aid with revision.

By D. Park - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback|Amazon Verified Purchase
good read and easy to follow.
good tables and flowcharts in case of emergencies, traumas, abscesses, etc.
couple errors in Rx's
no real info on tooth movement, uprighting (which is okay)
no real info on space maintenance, TPA, ling arches, band/loop (which is not)

good to have if you don't see too many kids.

5.0 out of 5 stars the most concise reference pediatric dentistry book 18 May 2004
By Ravi - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
This book is really good especially for dentists in Australasia. I found this book to be concise and straight to the point. It is clinically focussed. Definately recommended for the general dentist.
5.0 out of 5 stars colorful 29 Oct 2012

Has many color pictures and helpful information. Some of the treatment advice is a little on the edge and may be more common in Australian as opposed to the US.
