In my opinion this is the best New Age book currently on the market.

At first read however, it may all seem too depressing - according to the author, we are under constant attack from negative energies in all directions. Even your lead crystal glasses and copper piping are not safe!

But persevere for a bit and you will see that the 'Cosmic Elf' is just telling it as it is. The world CAN be an horrific and scary place - just look in today's newspapers. But fortunately this down-to-earth Welshman has provided us with a superb battle plan, i.e. his 70+ guided meditations and exercises.

If this still sounds too daunting, be reassured that after a short time the exercises become second nature. Rather modestly, the author actually, in my opinion at least, substantially OVERestimates the time it takes to master his exercises.

And then, it is time to reap the results. Although I regret to admit I have tried only a small percentage of the exercises, I have not yet found one that did not work amazingly well. And there is something for almost every eventuality: from making plants grow better to repelling wolf-whistles and comments from randy builders - even one (which I haven't tried) for changing the weather in your local area!!

So if you want to improve your life, but don't want to commit yourself to hours of inner work each day, give the 'Cosmic Elf' a try!

Mr David Cousins is the real deal. Down to earth..immensely spritual..positive and with a sense of humour!! This book is worth buying just for the positive vibes it will give you...even if you dont do any of the exercises. Still my all time favourite "new age" book...it changed my perception...permantly and in my own opinion answered a lot of questions for me!! Cheers David!!

there is some good information about light workers and angels in this book, but I did find it a bit heavy going and have not as yet read it all the way through

I used to own copy of this book number of years go and found it especially helpful with relaxation. My step daughter also uses this book, after I told her about it. We both would recomend it to anyone just starting on the path towards the light.

We bought this book on the strength of my partner having remembered the author who used to hold spiritual development classes he attended back in the 90's. The author sadly stopped holding the gatherings as it seemed there were people around who 'put the frighteners on him', and he disappeared from the scene, not to be too conspiratorial...
It was a great book back in the 90's when it came out and it's still great now. It is comprehensive, well written and concise, with something in there for both the 'dabbler' and the more serious lightworker. Highly recommended if you are interested in self development, meditation, or working with energies to help humanity or the planet.

Anyone interested in lightworking might also find the work of Tanaath of the Silver Legion also very intriguing. This gives some idea of the tremendous work great lightworkers can do. Here's a link.

Clear your poverty consciousness! Become that Shining Beacon of Light to Guide the Way for others -yourself! Why wait? This is one heaven of a book! All manner of meditations to trawl the astral plane and clear your karma from source to centre to the outskirts of imagined reality and well beyond is here -and whatever you're having yourself, with knobs on. Seriously.
Use of the meditations in it will give you a fresh and sometimes very immediate appreciation and respect for the power of a focussed consciousness. A word of warning though: it's VERY EASY to overdo any of the meditations in this book and then spend the rest of the day mentally reeling around the place, your mind desperately trying to cope with all the psychic debris released. Best to do a bit and then make sure you have something grounding to do afterwards (to get the measure of your rhythm); the deeper you go the more grounding the exercise afterwards should be, as a rule. I also find it best to do the prescribed meditation exercises when my physical biorhythm cycle is at it's peak, as they consume A LOT of energy. An hours soak in a hot bath with a kilo of natural seasalt at the end of such a day will empty your psyche of it's usual game of non-stop Asteroids. Handle (yourself and the book) with care and love.
And get a hardback edition if possible. My first (new) softcover copy disintegrated from being well used indeed, though my second, a 2nd hand perfect hardcover copy, came signed by the man himself! Quel surprise! Thanks Dave.
