Product Description

Product Description

Reflexology has been used for healing for over 5,000 years. Although many people associate reflexology with the feet, you can also stimulate the reflex points on the hands to clear energy flow around the body and treat common ailments such as headaches, indigestion, muscular aches and flu. Reflexology is quick, unobtrusive and ideal for people who are sensitive about having their feet handled. By following the simple step-by-step instructions in "Hand Reflexology" you will learn to balance and detoxify the body's systems, fight stress and improve general wellbeing. It shows how to treat yourself as well as others, and features 10 -15 minute routines suitable for everyone, including children and the elderly.

Excellent. 6 May 2010
Format:Paperback
I ordered this book after reading the good reviews and haven't been dissappointed. It is one of the best books i've read on reflexology. The diagrams are very informative and the photographs help you locate the reflexes in the exact position on the hands. There are also chapters on ailments and how to treat them in 10 mins as well as how to treat yourself and the exact pressure and procedures to use. It is a good size to travel with too. This will be one of my favourites from now on along with the reflexology bible. For the price this one is a winner!

Hand Relexology 6 April 2009
Format:Paperback
I'm not a reflexologist, but a body work therapist, and I bought this book to use for stress management groups and to enhance my other bodywork. I am really pleased with it. It is a really useful and well written little book, with loads of illustrations, an easy to understand overview and incredibly helpful treatment sections which are categorised well and easy to follow.
