This is an amazing, fascinating book. I love it. It is so full of history and geological facts about the Heath that even without even going on the wonderful walks it would be well worth reading! :)

At my request (after going on a walk with her on the Heath), and in exchange for helping design the Forest Garden at The Quadrangle Trust (Shoreham, Kent), I was given my signed copy of the book by Deborah Wolton herself! :)
