200 hundred recipes each with a wonderful picture of what it could look like when finished. These slightly larger than pocket sized recipe books are good as idea prompts.
Each recipe has a simple description of what you need to do so there is a lot of implied knowledge in the making of them.
The book covers starters mains courses and deserts (yes Moroccan Deserts) can be 'cooked up' from each book.
Many of the recipes come with alternatives ideas.
All in all a good book for the slightly more accomplished chef rather than the beginner.

I bought this with a tagine for my daughter's birthday. She hasn't used the tagine yet but the book has seen plenty of action. Beautiful pictures for every recipe with easy to follow text. Couldn't wish for a better introductory book on Moroccan food. (and you don't need a tagine to try them out)

This book has got some lovely receipes in it, and looking forward to trying them! Had a slight tear on the top right hand side of the book, which was a bit annoying.
