I love this book! Has some brilliant ideas and are easy to make! Have made lots of the cakes and savoury breads which are what my partner misses the most. Would highly recommend this book.

excellent book. When it arrived I was dissapointed that it was so small. However, it turned out to be tiny but full of good ideas. Lots of easy to do recipes that work well for all the family.

Only tried one recipe so far which was delicious; open top bite size mince pies. I bought this book as my daughter has recently cut gluten from her diet and feels better for it. I was going to give it to her as a stocking filler; but thought I had better try a few recipes first. I am having difficulty purchasing rice flour as no supermarkets sell it as I live in a rural location. I substituted dram flour for the mince pies and they were Ok but I am not sure if chickpea flour will work in the bread recipes. The fact that each recipe has a photo is good as at least you know what you are aiming for.
