an excellent book! the recipes are very easy to follow and so are the variations at end of each recipe. i cant believe the cheescake recipe was as good as it was!!!!!! highly recommended even for beginners. the tips at the start are very useful, and ofcourse so too are the colour pictures of each dessert. the best thing is that the book gives a good seclection of recipes for not only the time consuming but short quick-fix recipes if you are suddenly bombarded by unexpected guests. the presentation of each recipe was very good.

Disappointing
