The wipes do clean of finderprints and general marks. They leave a slight smear across the screen. But it is very light and very unnotisable. It is worth it, but i wouldn't use them if you're monitor was new and expensive. DO NOT use them on a large lcd tv, it's just not worth it, but then again the mark is faint.
